PTFE Lining provides protection and prevents direct contact with corrosive media, extending the lifespan of your equipment. The hardware or metal components will only serve to withstand the internal pressure of the media.
The lining material is inserted or secured to your equipment that comes into direct contact with heavy media such as Sulfuric Acid, Chorine, HCL, Wastewater, and others.

PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene), commonly referred to in trade as Teflon® or Neoflon®, is highly resistant to nearly all chemicals and solvents, and can accommodate temperatures up to a maximum of 260°C.
PTFE Lining can be applied to:
- Lined pipes and fittings ranging from 0.5" to 14", such as elbows, tees, cross tees, reducers, etc.
- Tanks, including storage tanks, headers, vessels, and others.

Where PTFE Lining is Needed:
- Where highly corrosive materials are used in various chemical industries.
- To provide enhanced operational safety for personnel, processes, and plants when handling highly hazardous materials.
- Where environmental contamination must be prevented.
Advantages of PTFE Lining:
- Resistant to a wide range of chemicals, pH 0 – 14 (except: elemental fluorine, CF3, liquid alkali metals).
- More economical and cost-effective compared to glass-lined or special alloy steels.
- Maintenance-free.
- Resistant to high temperatures, stable up to 200 °C.
- Very low friction.
- Highly hydrophobic, no liquid absorption or seepage.
- Excellent electrical resistance (very low dielectric constant and loss factor).
- Non-flammable.
- Highly weather-resistant (UV resistant).
- Good mechanical properties: non-elastic, thus easy to fabricate.
- Long lifetime for all aggressive chemicals (minimum 7 years for Sulfuric Acid and HCL), except fluids containing abrasive particles.
- Warranty can be negotiated.
